Jeffery Keith Morse, age 52, resident of Long Beach, Mississippi passed away on Friday, March 20, 2009 at home.
Jeff graduated from Long Beach High School and the University of Southern Mississippi. He worked as an Occupational Therapist at the Houston V.A. before becoming a Safety Inspector in Mississippi for commercial construction.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ben R. Morse. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Terri Morse and son, J. Taylor Morse, his mother, Mary K. """"Kay"""" Barrett; dad, Thomas E. Barrett, Sr.; brother, Thomas E. Barrett, Jr.; two aunts, Dorothy Koch and Bea Brown, many cousins and close friends.
Jeff's great loves were his family, friends, sailing and boating. He was a member of the Long Beach Yacht Club and the Long Beach Port and Harbor Commission.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2009 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm followed by Memorial Service at 7:00 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to """"Rebuild St. Thomas Fund"""", P.O. Box 1529, Long Beach, Mississippi 39560.
