Mrs. Jean Roberts Mobley, 84, of Biloxi, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in Biloxi.
Mrs. Mobley was born June 4, 1923 in Morrilton, AR, and had been a resident of Biloxi for the past 20 years. She and her husband Robert E. Mobley, were married on April 6, 1947. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Biloxi and was a former choir member. Jean will be remembered as a very caring and giving person.
Mrs. Mobley was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Marion Roberts; and a brother, Martin Roberts.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert E. Mobley, of Biloxi; two children, David Robert Mobley and Carolyn Jean Crank; granddaughter, Stacy Palmer; dear friends, Barbara Turner of Ocean Springs, Jane Morrison and Michael Broussard, both of Biloxi; and many other close friends.
Friends may visit on Thursday, April 3, 2008, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. The Graveside service will be 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 4, 2008 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
