Jean Lee Lundy

Jean Lee Lundy, age 61, of Pass Christian, MS, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Durham; a brother, Danny McCaslin; a sister, Tina Durham; her mother-in-law, Esta “Billie” Lundy; her father-in-law, James “Jerry” Lundy, Sr; a sister-in-law, Annette Lundy; and a brother-in-law, Johnny Young.

Mrs. Lundy is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, James “Shorty” Lundy, Jr; her children, Crystal (Michael Lane) Phelps of Bowling Green, KY, Amanda (Sam) Bogner of Long Beach, MS, James (Michael) Lundy, III, of Pass Christian, MS, and Eric (Laken) Lundy of Seminary, MS; a sister, Kandy (Jay) Embry of Morgantown, KY, and Joyce Batchelor of Morgantown, KY; nine grandchildren, Christian (Rachael), Dylan, Trinity, Savannah (Cody), Patience, Aden, Aubry, Emma, and Avah; five great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Axel, Harper, Bryce, and Wyatt; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and uncles and aunts that she loved dearly; her best friends, Onah Meyers, Kathy Kirby, and Brenda Morton, and all of the countless good friends she has made over the years.

She was a great wife, mother, and friend.  She enjoyed watching Alabama Football “Roll Tide”, singing karaoke, capturing memories and photography, and spending as much time as she could with her loved ones.

She was a God loving, dedicated wife, mother, sister, and friend to everyone she met.  She didn’t believe in investing in money or material things; she believed in investing in family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 1 – 3 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.
