Heaven has welcomed another angel home. Mrs. Bernie “Jean” Halterlein left this earth on Tuesday, August 10, at her home with family by her side.

Jean was an enthusiastic volunteer at Garden Park Hospital in Gulfport and the Long Beach MS Food Pantry. Before her illness, she was an active member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Long Beach, MS. She enjoyed her weekly Rosary devotion at the church.
