Jay Watts

Jay Donald Watts, age 47, passed away on August 19, 2020 in Pass Christian, MS.

Jay was born to Donald and Sandra Watts on April 14, 1973. He was a hardworking and caring man that truly loved his family and would never hesitate when lending a hand to others in need. Everyone that knew him considered him “a Jack of all trades.”  Jay has done many things over the years but the most memorable was becoming a Commercial Diver, which he dearly loved and excelled at.  He had many interests and passions which included grilling for his family and friends, hunting, fishing, and going on motorcycle rides, which sometimes Lil Jay would tag along with on his own bike.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald James Watts.

Jay is survived by his children, Lil Jay, Jaecie, Kaylie, Kassie, and Jayson; mother, Sandra Watts; only sister and best friend, Tangie Viars (Kelly); several nieces, nephews, cousins, loved family members, and Michelle Elainne Watts.

Visitation and services will be held at Campground Baptist Church, 20577 Hwy 53, Gulfport on Monday, August 24, 2020, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. The funeral service will be held at 11:00AM with burial to follow service in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
