Jason Heath Cook, age 31, and a resident of Gulfport, died Saturday, December 1, 2007 in Gulfport.
He had been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 15 years and was a talented artist and musician. His life was his daughter, Kayla. Jason was employed with the High Tide Café at the Imperial Palace Casino, and was a graduate of Jeff Davis Community College. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Ms. Valerie Furst and Jerry Rosetti, of Gulfport, and Steve Cook and his wife Theresa, of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Kayla Cook of Biloxi; and brother, Hunter Cook of Atlanta, GA.
Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of South MS, 2615 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, December 3, 2007 at 6:00pm at THE RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service. An online guestbook may be viewed and signed at www.riemannfamily.com.
