Jarvis Bracknell

Jarvis Warren Bracknell, age 70 of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.

He attended Harrison Central High School and retired from AVCRAD.

Jarvis was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Bracknell; his mother, Ethel Marie Bracknell; his brother, Steve Bracknell; and his son, Anthony "Tony" Legette.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Peggy Ann Bracknell; his children, Jenny and Jason Head, Jarvis J. and Jeanette Bracknell, Lori Ladner, Nicholas and Michelle Bracknell, Stephanie and Shannon Cameron, Russell and Shilo Clark, and Charlie Tavel; Siblings, Alice and Rick Weideman, Dianne and Al Skok, and Ramona and Ronnie Howard; his grandchildren, Ariel, Tyler, Bradley, Desiree, Justin, Katie, Brittani, Ashlynn, Brayden, Sarah, Tori, Courtney, Hollie, Chloe, Molly, Delaney, Charlie, and Alexander; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Jarvis loved spending time with his grandchildren.
"It's not goodbye...it's see you again soon."
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 11, 2021, at New Hope Baptist Church, Gulfport.
