Jane F. McMichael, age 71, of Waveland, passed away on June 10, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Duane F. and Elizabeth Marie Moine.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy H. McMichael; her children, Tylan S. McMichael and Laurie (Steve) Townsend; 1 sister, Gretchen Moine; 3 grandchildren, AnneMarie Townsend, Jack Townsend, and Tommy Townsend; and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. McMichael was retired from the Navy after 43 years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bay St. Louis and enjoyed doing volunteer work. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by those that knew her.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 15, 2017, from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm at First Baptist Church of Bay St. Louis, 141 Main Street, Bay St. Louis. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church of Bay St. Louis.
