Jami Cuevas

d. September 27, 2009

Jami Lynn Moran Cuevas, age 29, of Kiln, passed into God's loving arms Sunday, September 27, 2009 in Kiln, MS. She was a 1998 graduate of Hancock High School. She graduated from MGCCC in nursing. Jami also was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church.
Jami was a very loving and adventurous person. She loved her nursing career because it allowed her to care for people who needed the compassion she so tenderly gave. Jami enjoyed the outdoors, nature, animals, and Native American culture. She admired and mirrored the family bonds formed by love and respect.
Jami wanted to give her son Ethan the world, so she instilled in him family values, love, trust, and a sense of adventure.
We will dearly miss Jami Lynn. Her smile, her deadpan humor, her understanding, and even her stubborn nature. Jami always wanted to carve out her own path and did things to the beat of her own drum. We are comforted in knowing, Jami, that you are peacefully resting with angels.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Carl J. Moran, Sr. and Geneva H. Moran , maternal grandparents Kenneth Norman Head and Beverly Ann Head. Survivors include her son, Ethan Joseph Cuevas, her parents, Warren and Alyce Moran, a sister, Beverly Ann Watson, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 6-8 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln, DeLisle Rd.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Thursday at Annunciation Catholic Church. Final resting place will be at the Joseph P. Moran Family Cemetery.
