Mr. James E. """"Jack"""" Taylor, Sr., age 74, resident of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, in Biloxi.
Mr. Taylor was born in Biloxi and lived most of his life on the Coast. He was retired from Colonial Baking Company and was the former owner of J and J Core Supply in Gulfport. He was an avid fisherman and lived on the Tchoutacabouffa River for many years.
Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Taylor; parents, Ray and Eleanor Taylor; daughter, Jackie Gaudet; and granddaughter, Ashley Taylor.
He is survived by his daughters, Michele Cannette (Timmy), Terry Plummer (Tommy), Karen Lepoma (Donny), all of Woolmarket; son, James E. Taylor, Jr. (Angela) of Mobile, AL; sister, Norma Serpas (Ernie) of Woolmarket; companion, Louise Necaise of Pass Christian; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, July 25, 2008, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Woolmarket, at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit two hours prior to mass. Burial will be at a later date.
