James R Pelfrey

James R. Pelfrey, 44, of Gulfport, passed away Tuesday March 2, 2010 in Gulfport.
James was born and raised in Chillicothe, OH. He graduated in 1984 from Unioto High School; following high school he served honorably in the US Air Force. He will be remembered by many as a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William, Sr. and Stephanie Pelfrey; his brother, Willim Pelfrey, Jr.; and his grandparents, Willie E. Pelfrey, Phillip and Beaulah Sewards, and Clarence and Mildred Strausbaugh.
He is survived by his sister, Joan (Jody) Pelfrey Sambol; his step mother, Joan A Pelfrey; his step brother, Jeff Hedderson; his step sisters, Cindi Murray and Marci Carroll; nieces, Katie and Samantha Sambol, Rachel Carroll, and Kelly Murray; and his aunts and uncles, Earl and Betty Clayborn, Kenneth and Patti Pelfrey, James and Gloria Pelfrey, Tim and Mary Sewards, Dan and Melanie Kennedy, and Terry and Sally Sewards.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chillicothe, OH.
