James Robert "Bob" Osborn, age 71, of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
Bob was a kind and generous man. He enjoyed life and lived for the moment. He grew up in a military family and traveled to many exciting foreign locales as a child. He served our country in Vietnam as a member of the U.S. Army Airborne. Having lived and worked in the French Quarter of New Orleans for many years, he participated in many a lively get-together. He enjoyed working in bars and entertainment venues. He was passionate about many things including traveling across the US, fast sports cars, big dogs, and motorcycles. A caring son and nephew, he looked after his mother and aunt in their elder years. He was a true and loving partner and friend to his wife of 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Percy Osborn; his mother, Sara Katherine Osborn Dobbs; and brother, Stephen Michael Osborn.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Warniment; uncle, Clyde Marvin Osborn; sister-in-law, Kay Ruffin Osborn; and many cousins and friends.
At Bob's request, there will be no memorial service. A private burial will be held at a later date. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport is serving the family.
