James Mckamey

James Fletcher McKamey, Jr., 43, of Gulfport,
formerly of Hixson, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010, in Gulfport.
He pursued a career as a barber and co-owned """"The Friendly Barbers"""" in Gulfport.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James Fletcher McKamey, Sr., and grandfather, James Lester McKamey.
Survivors include his mother, Johnnie Sue Martel, of Shepherdsville, KY; sister, Wendy Sue McKamey, of Jacksonville, FL; and paternal grandmother, Genece McKamey, of Hixson, TN.
Services for James will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2010, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, in Chattanooga. Visitation will be on Wednesday at the funeral home from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and one hour prior to the funeral service.
