James E. Laird, 74, a lifelong resident of Lyman, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the 890th Engineers, Division of Mississippi National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, H.A. Laird and Bertha Schonewitz Laird, and his sister; Bobbie Laird Riley.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn, six children, eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at Coalville Cemetery on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:00AM.
