James Capers Ladner

James C. ""Pete"" Ladner, 89 of Gulfport, MS, joined our Lord in Heaven on March 22, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Jean Ladner; five sons, Steven Ladner, William ""Buddy"" Murray, Donnie Murray, Michael Murray, and Eric Ladner and two daughters, Judy Gail Turner, and Bobbie Jean Acher and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mr. Pete very proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, as well a retiree of the City of Gulfport Water Department for over 40 years.
Funeral service will held on Friday, March 23, 2012, at 2:00pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach at a later date.
