James Ray Collins, age 75, of Colorado Springs, CO, formerly of the Gulf Coast, passed away on May 9, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Ray and Blanche Collins.
He is survived by his wife, Nora Collins of Colorado Springs; his children, James M. ""Skip"" Collins of Colorado Springs, Julie Ann Hoda of Long Beach, and Michelle Dunbar of Tioga Center, NY; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and his sister, Norma Davis of Pass Christian.
He retired from the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport. A private service will be held at a later date.
