Irenia Gorospe Oclos, age 72, of Long Beach, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010.
Mrs. Oclos was born May 20, 1937 in the Philippines. For the last five years she has been employed at Rouses Supermarket in Long Beach and prior to that had traveled to Hong Kong, Japan, Switzerland and London. She had worked with the Jardine Flemming Co. and with Mr. & Mrs. Henry Strutt and Mr. Bone in Switzerland.
She is survived by, her husband, Carlos U. Oclos; a daughter, Virginia Williams and son in law David Williams, a daughter Heidi Oclos and son in law Rolando Cuenco, son Randy Oclos daughter in law, Riza; and sisters Catalina Corospe, and Hermine Corospe. Grandchildren, Kelly Williams, Tiffanay Williams, D.J. Williams, Jr., Kennedy Oclos, Hillary and Jane Oclos and C.J. Oclos.
Memorial service will be held at 5pm, Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd. Long Beach, where friends may call 2 hours before the service.
