Inez Wittmann Pogue

Inez Wittmann Pogue, age 89 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on April 29, 2011. Mrs. Pogue was born in Pass Christian and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, W.B. Wittmann; son, Jack Wittmann; parents, John Joseph and Laura Franko Fernandez; sisters, Mary DeMetz, Leola DeMetz, Gertrude Schmidt, Juanita Woodcock, and Helena Chambliss; and brothers, Joseph Norris, Ernest Norris, and John Fernandez.
Mrs. Pogue is survived by her husband, Jack Pogue, Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Virginia Wittmann of Diamondhead, Dan Wittmann of Long Beach, Thomas and Patti Wittmann of Biloxi, and Jeffrey and Lisa Wittmann of Largo, FL; former daughter-in-law, Lisa Gardner of Terrytown, LA; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and step-children and their wives, Jack and Kathleen Pogue, Mike and Debbie Pogue and Robert and Dede Pogue.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011, at 11:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, National Council of the United States, 58 Progress Parkway, St. Louis, Missouri 63043, www.svdpusa.org.
