Howard Sage, age 93 of Biloxi, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 in Gulfport, MS.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Luceile B. Sage; his parents, Edward and Olive Sage; brother, Franklin Sage; and sister, Carrie O'Brien.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Marsh and her husband Curtis of Biloxi; grandson, Bryan Marsh, and his daughters Olivia and Madeline, all of Pennsylvania; and granddaughter, Deborah Watts and her husband Chris, and their daughters Lindsey and Emily, all of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a longtime resident of Milford, CT, and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion in Orange, CT, and volunteered for over 50 years with the Woodmont Fire Department. Mr. Sage was a member of Beauvoir United Methodist Church.

The family would like to give special thanks to his caretakers, Melinda, Nadine, and Shanna, and the VA Home Health nurses, Kathleen and Sandra, and to Odyssey Hospice.
Graveside services for Mr. Sage will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery at a later date. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME in Biloxi assisted the family with arrangements.
