Howard Earl Barnett, age 70, of Long Beach, passed away on September 12, 2009 in Leakesville, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver S. Barnett and Clara L. Barnett; his sister, Betty Sue House; and his first wife, Barbara Ray Barnett.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Susan M. Barnett of Long Beach; three daughters, Belinda Barnett Cuevas of Lizana, Roxanne Barnett Cloud of Monticello, MS, and Sarah Malley of Long Beach; two sons, Randall Lundy of Long Beach and Kevin Lundy of Gulfport; three brothers, Robert L. Barnett of Saucier, Oliver """"J.C."""" Barnett of Woolmarket, and Thomas W. Barnett of Saucier; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed mullet fishing.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Coalville Cemetery, Woolmarket.
