Hilton Schaubhut Anderson, age 94 of River Ridge, Louisiana, on January 12, 2010 in Louisiana. She was born in St. James, Louisiana on December 29, 1915.
Mrs. Anderson graduated from business college and worked for the Louisiana Health Department for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Blanchard and Anise Schaubhut; her husbands, Dr. James P. Gillaspie and E.S. """"Andy"""" Anderson; brothers, Johnny and Murvin Schaubhut; Sister Gladys Tassin; and stepson Timothy S. Anderson.
She is survived by her stepson, James A. Anderson (Trisha) of Oviedo, FL; stepdaughters, Mary Linda A. Maggard and Margaret A (Margie) Robinson of Gulfport; stepdaughter-in-law, Jane L. Anderson, of Gulfport; and many step grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister in law, Hazel Schaubhut, her cousin Rose Marie Beard, her good friends, Sally and Terry Miles, and Jody Poole of Gulfport, and many nieces and nephews.
