Herbert Martin

Herbert Ray Martin, age 72 of Pass Christain, died on Sunday, April 26, 2009, in Pass Christian.
Mr. Martin was retired from the IBEW Union, was a United States Navy veteran, and was a member of Campground Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.A. Martin and Dora Martin; his son, Pascal Martin; his sisters, Edna Sampson and Charlene Ladner and his brothers, Jeff Martin and William Martin.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne Armes (Sweetie) Martin, his sisters, Frankie Threlkel and Jenette Spradley; his sons, Donnie (Cindy) Armes and Ken Martin; his daughters, Jody Barnhill and Kim Martin; his grandchildren, Cody Armes, Jamie Armes (Brandy), Dwayne (Brooke) Armes, Kent Peterman, Kasey Peterman, Arisa Martin, and Pascal Martin and his great grandchildren, Drake Ray Armes and Caleb Peterman. He is also survived by his very special family, Mike and Beth Moran, Christopher and Ashley Moran, and the other special family, Kenny and Kimberly Peterman.
There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at Campground Baptist Church on Highway 53.
