Henry "Al" Baker

Henry “Al” Baker, age 54 of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Baker and Agnes Baker Johnson; and his brothers, Philip Baker and Robert Baker.

Al is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sharon Baker; his children, Phillip Baker (Amanda), Tiffany Griffin (Fred), and Kate Walley; his siblings, Pat Holland (Keith), Roberta Johnson, and Billy Baker (Tonya); his grandsons, Eli Griffin, Matthew Walley, and Theo Baker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

His love of plumbing was shared with his father, who taught him the trade as a teenager.  Al spent 40 years plumbing and proudly opened his own business in 2016.

Al enjoyed traveling with his wife, Sharon, watching NCIS, and riding his motorcycle.  He genuinely cherished spending time with his family, especially his 3 grandsons.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Friday, November 11, 2022, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, Long Beach.  The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel, followed by interment at Allen Cemetery.
