Henry Tomasich

Henry Author Tomasich “Dodie”, 78 year-old resident of Kiln, Mississippi ,went home to be with our Lord and Savior on August 17, 2021.

Henry was born on January 20, 1943, in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. Henry married his wife, Mardell Tomasich on November 16, 1964. They shared 57 wonderful years together creating memories and a beautiful family. Henry was loved by many and known for his generosity and caring heart. He was the kind of man that would give you the shirt off his back and expect nothing in return. Henry was a hardworking, family loving man who loved his occupation as a cross country truck driver.

Henry was preceded in death by his mother, Velva Zelma Lee Bennet; his father, Warren Joseph Tomasich; his brothers, Robert Tomasich, Gary Tomasich, Edward Wayne Tomasich, Roger Tomasich, Ray Allen “Freck” Tomasich; and his sister, Mary Tomasich.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Mardell Tomasich;  his siblings, Joann Tomasich Ladner and Raymond Tomasich; his daughter, Dodie Tomasich and her husband Steven Reinchuck; his son Henry Tomasich and his wife Janet Tomasich; his grandchildren Kristen Tomasich, Katelyn and her husband Matthew Warosh, Sandra Tomasich, Dustin Reinchuck and Allen Tomasich; and his great-grandchildren, Devin Elliott, Dominick Rush, Damien Rush, Owen Warosh and Thomas Warosh.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021, starting with visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and a service to follow at 3:00 pm. This memorial will be held at the Riemann Family Funeral home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS.
