Henry Emanuel Bruebaker, Sr.

 Henry Emanuel Bruebaker, Sr., a native of D’Iberville, and resident of Vancleave, MS., passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in Houston, TX at the age of 60 years old.

 He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Fern Bruebaker; his mother, Kathryn Elizabeth Foster-Bruebaker; and a brother, Michael Fern Bruebaker, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 29 years, Marti Sue Fagan-Bruebaker; his son and daughter in law, Henry Emanuel Bruebaker, Jr. and his wife, Ashlee Taylor Bruebaker, and John Michael Bruebaker; his siblings, Tina Maria Bruebaker-Richard and her husband Jesse, and James William Bruebaker; and his precious expected first grandchild Eden Ashlee Bruebaker, due on Dec 18, 2024; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Many of you may remember him from the 28 years he worked for SYSCO Foods before a medical retirement. He loved hunting, fishing, weekly breakfast dates with his siblings at the local Denny’s. Henry had a big heart and was always willing to help others in need when he was able.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Rodabe Amaria and all those in the Melanoma Clinic at MD Anderson Center in Houston, TX. His legacy lives on in all of us, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Henry’s life will be held at First Baptist Church of Vancleave, 12513 Hwy 57, Vancleave, MS on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Friends are welcome to visit from 9:30 until the celebration begins.
