Helen Lashua

Helen D. Lashua, age 89 of Long Beach, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Ray; her mother, Amy Marshall Ray; and her husband, Richard R. Lashua.

She is survived by her children, Neville Decosta (Pamela) of Bermuda, Sherria McCaskill of Long Beach, Linda McKeown (Dennis) of Kiln, Rebecca Decosta (Michael) of Bermuda; her grandchildren, Matthew and Justin Decosta of Bermuda, Seth Weigel of Bay St. Louis, Adam and Richard Dubuisson of Biloxi, Neville Conner of Kiln, Sherrie Deschenes of Biloxi, Rachel and Rebekah McCaskill of Gulfport; her 8 great grandchildren; her 2 great great grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.

Helen enjoyed horseback riding, bowling leagues, and gardening. She loved her family to whom she was selfless, devoted, and giving until the end of her life. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

The graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 10:00 am in Biloxi National Cemetery.
