Hazel Favre McDonald, beloved wife of the late James P. McDonald, passed away on May 13, 2007, in Ocean Springs, MS.
She was born in Kiln, MS on October 20, 1920. She was a long-time resident of New Orleans, LA, relocating to Ocean Springs after the death of her beloved husband. She was a devoted wife and a socially prominent business woman in New Orleans. She possessed a quick wit and independent spirit.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband and two sisters. She is survived by a niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 6, 2007 at THE RIEMANN FAMILYaÌ‚â‚â„¢S Riemann Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. There will be a time of gathering one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private for family in New Orleans at a later date.
