Harvey Earl Crosby, Jr.

Harvey Earl Crosby, Jr, age 64, passed away on February 8, 2025 in Gulfport, MS. He was born on April 24th 1960 in Gulfport, MS to Harvey Earl Crosby Sr. and Aletha Rae Legg. He attended Harrison Central High School and worked in offshore oil drilling. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed many activities including fishing and hunting. He was affectionately known by many as "Nug". 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Earl Crosby Sr. and Aletha Rae Legg Cuevas; step-father, Tommy Cuevas; step-mother, Wanda Redmond Crosby; brother, William Todd Crosby. 

He is survived by his children, Harvey Earl Crosby, III “Bug” of Ocean Springs, Cheryl Huffman (Nick) of Lizana, David Crosby (Rena) of Pass Christian; 5 grandchildren, Blake, A.J., Jacob, Kacen, Brycen; 1 great-grandchild, Tylan; sisters, Bridgett Pavlisick (Michael) of Saucier and Jodi Richardson of Saucier; brothers, Steven Crosby (Angela) of Saucier and Jeffrey Cuevas of Gulfport; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025, at 11 a.m. at Finley Cemetery 19424 Highway 53. Gulfport, Mississippi.
