Harry Ahlaulana Unukahi Kuikahi, age 60, of Gulfport, formerly of Honolulu, HI, passed away on July 17, 2011 in Gulfport.
He is survived by his brothers, Wayne Charles Kuikahi of Honolulu, Oahu, Everett (Skidro) Kuikahi of Gilmer, TX, Kenanilehua Kuikahi of Honolulu, Oahu, Kawailani (Peewee) Kuikahi of Lakeland, FL, and Kainoa Kuikahi of Honolulu, Oahu; a sister, Harrilyn Baltero of Mililani, HI; many aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces who loved him very much; and his special friend and caregiver, Jean Mayne of Gulfport, MS.
He was born on March 8, 1951 in Honolulu, Hawaii. A retired U.S. Army veteran, he served in the Vietnam War and received the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter Medal.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at 1:00 PM at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, with a visitation from Noon until 1:00 PM. Burial with military honors at Arlington National Cemetery will be on October 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
