Guy R. Higgins, age 52, had his homegoing on Sunday, February 12, 2012.
Guy attended Provine High School in Jackson and he was formerly employed with the McCarty Holman Food Service in Jackson, Grand Casino in Gulfport and McDonalds on Hwy. 49 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jean Higgins. Survivors include his daughters, Erica (Billy) Graves and Amber Higgins; grandchildren, Chace and Alissa Graves; his 2nd mother, Rose Marie Jones Murphree; brothers, John B. Higgins III and Samuel J. Higgins; sister, Martha McCann and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In this last year, Guy found great satisfaction in caring for and helping others while living at the Boyington Rehabilitation Center. There will be a Memorial Service planned at a later date at Beacon Hill Baptist Church in Jackson. Please visit www.riemannfamily.com for updated information.
