Gregory Wayne Copeland

Gregory Copeland, age 34 and a resident of Gulfport, died on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, in Gulfport.
Greg was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast and was currently employed as a veterinary technician with Biloxi Animal Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Cecil Copeland, Sr. and a sister, Sally Ann Copeland.
Greg is survived by his life partner and spouse, Chris Owens of Gulfport; his mother, Amelia Barton Copeland; his brother, Jimmie Cecil Copeland, Jr.; his sisters, Peggy Brundrette, Melisa Dunkin, Alicia Stokes, and Adeline Mays all of Ocean Springs; his nephews, Michael Brundrette of Latimer, Damian Hosli, Brandon Stokes, Richard Mays, Jimmie Cecil Copeland, III, Logan Copeland, Ashton Copeland, and Joseph Ruebel all of Ocean Springs; his nieces, Amelia Lewis of Long Beach, Connie Dunkin of Ocean Springs, Rebecca Burnette of Moss Point, and Destiny Rachuba of Ocean Springs; his great nephew, Prestyn Dunkin and his great nieces, Zoey Lewis of Long Beach, Madelyn Brundrette of Ocean Springs, and Aleigha and Alauna Anderson.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011, at 7:00pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
