Gloria Fairley

Gloria Kay Fairley, age 87 passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at her residence in Saucier, MS.

Mrs. Fairley was born at home in Richton, MS and she was a member of the Assembly of God faith.

Mrs. Fairley was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, John D. Fairley; son, David Kaye Fairley; granddaughter, Mandy Lea Woods; grandson, Kinder Wolfe Sitton; parents, W.O. Hinton & Lucille Hinton; sisters, Emma Hinton and Betty Shotts; brother, W.O. Hinton Jr.

Mrs. Fairley is survived by her brother, Jerry Hinton (Teddy), New Augusta, MS; sons, Allen Fairley (Susan), Michael Fairley and Rickey Fairley (Debbie); daughter, Wanda Jennings (Billy), all of Saucier, MS; guardian daughter, Roxanne Samuel (Patrick) of Lizana, MS; 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Gloria Fairley was blessed with an amazing caregiver team in her granddaughter’s family, Lynsey Sitton (Robert) and their four children Micah, Miloh, Billy McLean and Mila.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church 23146 US 49, Saucier, MS 39574 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be in Rouse Cemetery, Saucier, MS.
