Gloria June Dean, age 84 and a resident of Gulfport, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Dean was born in Duluth, MN. She worked at Gayfers and Godchaux's. She also enjoyed traveling.
Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her twin infant daughters, Candace and Claudia; her parents, Captain Ivar and Helen Pust; and her two husbands, Lester A. Nelson and Leslie R. Dean.
She is survived by her son and daughters; Les (Linda) Locklear, of Gulfport. Sandra (Sam) Smith, of Deltona, FL, Robert (Patricia) Locklear, of Pass Christian, Kimberly (Victor) Mason, of Long Beach, and Joel (Darlene) Locklear, of DeRidder, LA; her siblings, Gayle Rude, of Escondido, CA, Joan Easom, of Gainesville, FL, and Thomas Pust, of Duluth, MN; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to The American Stroke Foundation,
