Glenn E. Evans, age 56, resident of Kiln passed away July 7, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Tommie Evans; two brothers; one sister; and one step brother.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Lee Evans; son, Stuart Evans; grandchildren, Parker, Mia, and Mattie Evans; brother, Dale Evans; half brother, Richard Evans; half sisters, Barbara Self and Janice Mize; step brothers, Bobby McDowell and Ricky McDowell.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, and he was a member of the Kiln VFW Post 6285 and the American Legion Post 119 in Gulfport. He retired after many years of working in the construction industry and he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and cooking.
The visitation will be held Monday, July 11, 2011 from 12 Noon until the funeral service at 2:00 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou with Military Honors.
