Geraldine LaFrance Lock, age 61, of Diamondhead, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2012.
Ms. Lock was born in Bay St. Louis to Edgar Joseph LaFrance and Georgia May Neilson LaFrance. She was a registered nurse for many years, having worked at Memorial Hospice, the State Department of Health, and Odyssey Hospice. She was avid reader, loved old movies, and loved to play games with family and friends. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her children, B.J. Lock (and Kimberly) of Marietta, GA, Jeff Lock (and Talia) of Long Beach; four sisters, Diane Allen (and Richard) of Diamondhead, Johnine Wentworth (and Walter) of Gulfport, Connie Berry (and Harry) of Diamondhead, and Debbie Cumberland (and Ted) of Diamondhead; grandchildren, Aiden, Dalton, Caraline, Christopher, and Makenna Lock; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will hold private services. Memorials in her name may be made to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
