Genice Dill Thill, age 50, died Thursday, July 28, 2009, at her home in Gulfport.
Mrs. Thill was a life-long resident of the coastal area and was a retired nurse. Mrs. Thill was a former member of the Grace Chapel Church in Pass Christian, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Gulfport at the time of her death.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Thill; and her parents, Kelly Paul Dill and Norine Butler Dill.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Renee Thill (Brandon and expected grandchild) of Atlanta; her four brothers, Terry Dill (Judy) of Long Beach, Jerry Dill, Deland Dill (Sherry) and Bennie Dill (Gayle), all of Saucier; and several uncles and aunts and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thill will be greatly missed and remembered for her love of cats and her kindness to others.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Faith Baptist Church, 8467 Canal Road, Gulfport.
