passed away on July 19, 2019.
Gary was a long time resident of Pearlington, MS and recently moved to Pass Christian.
He worked as a ship fitter and carpenter in the shipbuilding industry and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pearlington, MS. He loved to hunt and fish with all of his kids and grandkids and loved his family. He never met a stranger and was loved by all.
He and his wife spent 50 wonderful years together and raised three children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Joseph Wyman, Jr.; grandson, Noah Blake Chighizola; and brother in law, Ronnie Hugh Murray.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Linda Kay Gipson Wyman of Pass Christian; three children, Gary Joseph Wyman, Jr. (Laurie), Kerry Alicia Wyman Williams (Joshua) Jaret Daniel Wyman, Sr. (Jennifer); eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Wyman, Nicole Marie Williams, Jason "Matthew" Chighizola, Gary Joseph Wyman III "Trey", Kayley Alexis Chighizola, Jenna Daniele Wyman, Nathan Kyle Williams, Jaret Daniel Wyman, Jr.; one great-grand child, Addison Jewel Williams; mother, Mary Catherine LaFontaine Wyman; three siblings, Clarence Joseph Wyman III "CJ" (Joy), Cathy Wyman Boyet (Ricky), Marietta Wyman Murray;
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux with visitation starting at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow shortly after Mass at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
