Gale Hinman

Mrs. Gale Hinman, age 93, of Long Beach, passed away on February 3, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Hinman; her parents, Ben and Lucy Steele; her brothers, Roy, James, and Marvin; and her sister, Maudie.

She leaves behind her daughter, Vicki Meshell Ladner (Rickey) of Long Beach; her son, Ronnie Glen Edwards (Selena) of Biloxi; her grandchildren, Emily, Amy, Holly, Brittany, Rickey, Brandon, and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Camron, Kayla, Madison, Maya, Morgan, Mariah, Kayson, Ariel, Leah, Alice, and Amelia.

A native of Longview, TX, Mrs. Hinman was a loving housewife and mother. She worked many years as a PBX operator for Howard Memorial Hospital of Biloxi and AAA Answering Service, Biloxi. Being a devoted Christian, she attended Church of Christ, Longview, TX, and Bible Way Baptist Church, Gulfport.

Bingo, bowling, and watching Dancing with the Stars are some of the many things that she enjoyed. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice and the staff of Gulfport Memorial for the loving care and comfort of their dear mother.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 6, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, with a visitation for family and friends starting at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
