Freda Ware

Freda Maxine Standafer Ware, age 81, of Gautier, MS, passed away on July 15, 2018, in Gulfport, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Standafer and Josie Huff; and 3 sisters, Marie, Beulah, and Sophie.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Benjamin Ware; a son, Ed Ware; a daughter, Angela Ware-Carter and her husband, Bret; 3 grandchildren, Shaelyn, Jake, and Trey Carter; nieces and nephews and many family and friends throughout Kentucky, Colorado and Mississippi.
Mrs. Ware was a native of Kentucky and lived in Kentucky, Colorado, and Mississippi.  She was a graduate of Morehead State College and she retired as a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Ware loved spending time with her grandchildren, and she enjoyed poetry, genealogy, current events, and all things Kentucky!

A funeral service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 1 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd., Ocean Springs.  A reception will follow in the funeral home reception center.  A graveside service will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday, July 25th, in the Biloxi National Cemetery.
