Fred Bryant

Fred H. Bryant, Sr., age 69 of Gulfport, died on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. Bryant was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast. He was employed as a ceramic tile installer for 25 years with Yarborough Tile Company. He then retired from the United States Postal Service after a number of years of service.
Mr. Bryant is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse & Earline Clifford Bryant and a brother, Tommy Bryant.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Helen Rippy Bryant of Gulfport; his daughter, Molly Leake and her husband Charles of Kiln; his son, Fred H. Bryant, Jr. (Kim) of Pass Christian; Karen Blackmon; his sister, Mary Jane Dixon of Arizona; his brothers, Norman Bryant of Pass Christian, Leroy Bryant of Gulfport, and Billy Bryant of Pass Christian; his three grandchildren, Tana Owens and her companion, John Rogers, Matthew Ryan Bryant and his wife Amanda, and Colin E. Leake; his three great grandchildren, Brianna Bryant, Ethan Owens, and Dylan Bryant; and numerous lifelong neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2007 from 6-8pm at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road Chapel in Gulfport.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach. An online guestbook may be viewed and signed at www.gulfcoastfh.com.
