Frankie Pearce

Frankie ""GMaw"" D. Pearce, age 69, a beloved mother, sister, aunt, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother, and loving friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on October 1, 2010, after a 5 year battle with lung cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Theron & Opal Bass Davis; her daughter, Tina Leigh Pearce; her sisters, Jeanette C. Schrieber and Laura Alene Adkins; her granddaughter, Abbigail Anita Pearce, and her great grandson, Caleb Hickman.
Ms. Pearce is survived by her children, Dorothy (Terry) Lacy of Biloxi, Alfred Pearce of Saucier, Virginia Thompson of New York, and Gina L. Holland of Gulport; her sister, Betty Jo Biladeau of Hiawassee, GA; her brother, Paul Edward Davis of Wausau, FL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Thompson, Darryl Keith Holland, Kristin Michelle (Tru) Trujillo, Todd Anthony Holland, Ashley Nicole Holland, Chasity Renee Ladner, Haley Diana Necaise, and Dustin (Bubba) Wayne Pearce; her step-grandchildren, Rachel & Matt Lacy and her great grandchildren, Cheyne Conner Thompson, Anthony Ray Bond, Nevaeh Jaylen Thompson, Keely Jo Bond, and ""Anna Bella"" Olevia Scarborough, and many other beloved family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Memorial Hospital Foundation, Oncology Patient Fund, P.O. Box 940, Gulfport, MS 39502.
