Mr. Frank S. Wosiewicz, 85, of Gulfport, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 in Magnolia, MS.
Mr. Wosiewicz was a native of Philadelphia, PA. He retired after 20 years with the U.S. Navy, serving in the Korean War. He then worked for 10 years with the U.S. Naval Shipyard in Long Beach, CA. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Mineral & Gem Society and the Navy Fleet Reserve.
He enjoyed many different hobbies; gemologist, jewelry maker, rock hound, artist, gardner, welder & pipe fitter.
Mr. Wosiewicz was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Mary Ann Wosiewicz; his 2nd wife, Linda Lou Wosiewicz; parents, Felix and Anna Wosiewicz; and numerous siblings.
Survivors include his son, Victor Lomupo; step-children, Cindy and Bill; sister, Helen; nephew, Johnny, niece, Marilyn; and other loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 7th at 12 Noon with visitation one hour prior at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
