Francis McNeil, Sr.

Francis Paul McNeil, Sr., age 86, of Biloxi, passed away on July 1, 2021.

Mr. McNeil was born in Dorchester, MA and served his country beginning in the United States Army and retired from the United States Air Force after 26 total years of service. He was a devout Catholic and faithful parishioner at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Billie McNeil; two children, Francis Paul McNeil, Jr. and Brenda Lynne McNeil.

He is survived by his daughters, Polly M. Hartley (Steve) of Colorado and Mary Kay Benson (Douglas) of Arkansas; grandchildren, Melanie Hendrix (Keith), Daniel Benson (Alicia), Chloe Huyah (Joseph), Francis McNeil, III; great grandchildren, Jace B. and Jax B. Benson.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2021, at Biloxi National Cemetery at 10:00 am.
