Francis David Brickey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francis David Brickey, who went to be with the Lord on June 21st, 2024, with his wife Carol Ann by his side. Frank was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will always be remembered for his kind heart and loving spirit. 

Born on October 27, 1940, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to David Earl Brickey and Mary Pearl Brickey, Frank leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion.

 He is survived by his daughter, Mikki, son-in-law Mark, daughter Suzette, son-in-law Bruce, son Christopher, daughter-in-law Donna, sisters Mary Lou, Susie, and Betty Joe, as well as a large extended family. Frank's family was his pride and joy, and he leaves behind nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital for breast cancer research, a cause close to Frank's heart.

 A celebration of life will be held in the future to honor and remember the wonderful man that Frank was. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
