Frances Moran

Frances L. Moran, a life-long resident of Gulfport, passed away at the age of 89 in Hattiesburg, MS.
Mrs. Moran was a member of Handsboro Baptist Church of Gulfport and a member of the Eastern Star. She retired after many years from her work at the Harrison County Family Court and she enjoyed her gardens and flowers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Moran, Jr. who passed away in 2007; her parents, Ira and Artimecia Edwards; a sister and a brother; and a great-granddaughter, Elyse Renee.
Survivors include her sons, Dr. David Moran and wife, Diane and Mark R. Moran and wife, Lynn; her daughter, Susan M. Sicotte; siblings, Norma Jean Ladner and W. Pete Edwards; and her 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Tuesday, June 13th from 10:00 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. The funeral service will follow at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel.
Mrs. Moran will be laid to rest next to her husband at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
