Frances Rita Luc, 69, of Waveland, died Monday, January 23, 2005 in Gulfport.
Mrs. Luc was a native of New Orleans, LA and a long time resident of the coast. She was Catholic.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Luc, her brothers, Anthony Phillips, George Phillips and Joseph Phillips, a sister, Theresa Sullivan.
She is survived by her children, Linda Bruno of Gulfport, Charlene Smith of Bay St. Louis, Valerie Veiscas and husband Antonio of Waveland, her grandchildren, Penny Poolson, Shane Abernathy Jessica Smith, Melissa Spiers, Daniel Smith, Adam Viescas and Andrew Viescas.
Memorial service will be Friday, January 27, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Gulf Coast Funeral Homes with visitation one hour prior to the sevice.
