Frances Lizana, age 87, of the Riceville Community, died Saturday, February 27, 2010 in Kiln.
Mrs. Lizana was a life-long resident of Harrison County and was a member of Biloxi Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Lizana; parents, Lorenza and Pearl Ladner; son, Douglas Lizana; 2 brothers, Austin Ladnier and Owen Ladnier; and sister, Eunice Ladnier.
Survivors include her 4 children, Patsy Ladnier and husband Lavon, Billy Lizana and wife Sarah, James Lizana and wife Joan, and Jan Diamond and husband John; her sister, Ineta Reid; and 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 2, 2010 with the funeral service at 10 a.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The burial will follow at Lander Cemetery on Riceville Road. The online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com.
