Frances Buckley

Frances Faye Buckley, age 73 of Gulfport, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022.

She was preceded by her parents, Thomas Buckley and Juanita Jackson Buckley; siblings, infant Thomas Buckley and William Buckley.

Frances is survived by her sister, Nancy Bonn (Jim); nieces, Sheila Stewart (Jimmy), Teresa Moss (Mike), Jodi Trosclair (Derek), Montez Ladner-Nguyen (C.C.); great nieces and nephews, Alex Skellie (Emma), Taylor Molesworth (Charlie), Austin Ladner (Shelby), Drew Anne Trosclair, Gunnar Trosclair, Lane Trosclair; great nephews, Rhett Skellie, and expecting Griffin Molesworth, due Jan. 2023.

She graduated from Gulfport High School, class of 1967 and worked 28 years with the city of Gulfport in the Public Works Dept.

Frances dedicated her life to serving our Lord and caring for her parents. She was a Christian woman and a member of West Gulfport Baptist Church.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and watching westerns. Her greatest joy was spoiling the generations of nieces and nephews. Though she loved them all, Lane Trosclair has a special place in her heart.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 9 - 10 am at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport.  The funeral service will be at 10 am in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be in Finley Cemetery.
