Evelyn Webster Kinberger, age 86, of Long Beach, passed away on July 9, 2012, in Long Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stanley ""Bill"" Kinberger, her parents, Frank James and Bernice Canaan Webster, and a brother, Jimmy Webster.
Survivors include her children, Gale Kinberger (George) Sheridan, William Stanley (Debby) Kinberger, Jr., and David John (Freddie Endres) Kinberger, a sister, Diane Webster (Jerry) Upchurch, 3 grandchildren, Billy (Erin) Kinberger, Sean Kinberger, and Cory Kinberger, and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Kinberger graduated from Gulfport High School in 1943 where she played on the womens basketball team. She and her husband owned and operated Webster-Kinberger Seafood in Gulfport. Mrs. Kinberger enjoyed playing bridge at the Long Beach Seniors Center and with ladies in her neighborhood. She also enjoyed ball room dancing, and LSU football. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Long Beach. Mrs. Kinberger enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and she brought smiles to all those she was with.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 10 - 11:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Long Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am in the church.
Interment will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
