Evelyn S. Casey

Evelyn S. Casey, 91, of Gulfport passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Saturday, September 29, 2012. Evelyn worked at the ARC in New Orleans for over 20 years. She was a member of Cowan Road Baptist Church.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Lee Alexander of Derby, MS and second husband John J. Casey of New Orleans, LA.
Survivors include her children, Barbara Hill and husband Royce of Gulfport, MS, Jeannie Hughes of Harvey, LA, Jack Casey of Gulfport, MS, Jan Guarini and her husband John of Robbinsville, NJ, David Casey and wife Judy of Fayetteville, NC, Danny Casey of Gulfport, MS; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; her brother, Louis Smith and wife Mary Dell of Poplarville; her sisters in law, Laura Smith of Mobile and Dot Smith of Poplarville.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 10:30 am, with a visitation for family and friends from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 pm, Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Juniper Grove Cemetery, Poplarville, MS.
